It gives me a feel of how it's like living in a Japanese household. Tatami, clean, free tea and coffee, lovely furniture, and the white board in kitchen with messages from all over the world.... It's truly amazing Customer service is extremely good too Only downside I was gonna say is the location. Then I found out they provide Japanese style bike free to use! It saves my legs visiting all popular locations in the area.

Top notch cleanliness and amenities. Loved the way how they keep this property clean and hygienic. Staff is so friendly and helpful location is peaceful. You have free cycles to visit around the place and the location is so peaceful and green

My stay here was truly memorable. The room was traditionally Japanese and very comfortable. The host was always kind, helpful, and quick to respond whenever I needed anything. Bicycles were freely available for guests, which made it easy and enjoyable to explore the area, I was able to cycle around the lake in just a few hours, and the views were absolutely stunning. If you’re feeling motivated, I highly recommend waking up before sunrise and biking about 20 minutes to the Chureito Pagoda. Watching the sun rise behind Mount Fuji from there is a breathtaking and unforgettable experience. This stay will remain one of the most touching and special memories of my time in Japan.

A charming little house at the foot of Mount Fuji, full of traditional Japanese character. The host is a kind and welcoming lady, and communication is easy with a translation app. Private rooms are comfortable, while the shared spaces create a warm and friendly atmosphere where you can meet travelers from all over the world—perfect for those who enjoy socializing. It truly feels like home here (I even once forgot to lock the door when going out!). The only small downside is the location—it’s about a 2 km walk from the station—but the cozy, welcoming vibe makes it more than worth the effort.

The owner of this store is super nice! We were too far away from the station. He drove us to the station himself. And my friend accidentally dropped his phone at the hotel, and the boss drove it to him himself. It's really touching to be in a foreign country. I highly recommend this shop and will come here again when I come to Japan.

Le logement était très agréable et fonctionnel, des vélos sont mis à disposition gratuitement. Il n’y a rien à dire sur la propreté, c’était parfait. L’hôte était très arrangeant et réactif tout au long du séjour.
